The Fundación Pequeño Corazón is a non-profit foundation based in Manizalez, Caldas that provides, coordinates, and delivers comprehensive cardiology services for children from low-income communities (socioeconomic levels 1, 2, and 3). Its impact includes:
As part of its long-term sustainability, the foundation also operates a cardiovascular healthcare clinic (IPS) that serves the wider population. The organization conducts medical outreach campaigns throughout the department and across all areas of the city to detect cardiovascular conditions early and ensure timely treatment when problems are identified.

Note: The total cost of the project was £2,820. FOCSA UK contributed £2,681 and the remaining £139 was funded by FOCSA Bogotá from its own resources.
