ICAL is a foundation that serves infants, children, and young people with hearing problems through early diagnosis, prevention, and care, both at its headquarters in Bogotá and at the Chía school, where 160 children with hearing problems from strata 1, 2, and 3 are educated. It also has a program to visit schools and rural areas in the towns of Chía, Cajicá, Tocancipá, Ubaté, and other areas of the Sabana, to detect hearing problems. If treated promptly, these children can avoid many future problems.
